Setup:

Download the file with the right version (7.15, 7.16...)
Double click on the the file downloaded (TopSolid'Steel - Demonstration V2.** 71*.msi)
If you receive a Windows alert, accept it
When the setup windows is show, click on Next
Accept terms in the license agreement and Next
Selection Typical
Click on Install.
When the setup is finished, just reboot TopSolid. Libraries will be imported at the start.
